By using www.fesaccharityfoundation.com (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by FESAC Charity Foundation, incorporated in Nigeria (CAC 192992).
2. Using the site
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Don't submit false information, someone else's details, spam or automated submissions.
- We may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.
3. Our content and brand
Text, photos, graphics, the FESAC name, logo and patterns belong to FESAC or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. For any other use, including photos of the people we serve, ask us first at info@fesaccharityfoundation.com. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.
4. What you send us
When you send a message, register as a volunteer or subscribe, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. Volunteering is also subject to the volunteer waiver.
5. Donations
Gifts made through the site are governed by our donation policy, which covers how gifts are used, receipts, recurring gifts and refunds.
6. Links to other sites
We link to partners, social networks and payment providers. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their terms.
7. Accuracy and liability
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, FESAC is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where FESAC is incorporated, without affecting mandatory protections in your country of residence, including Canada. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
